I have been bodybuilding for years, and that means I've lived in the gym for years, and I up when I hear a woman say "I don't like to be bothered during my workouts", and think that's an excuse for being a snooty little bitch when someone says hi, or checks them out in their skimpy workout clothes, or forbid tries to strike up a conversation because you might have fitness in common, which is a big deal to a true fitness enthusiast. Dedicated hardcore lifters like myself are the ones who truly have to focus during our workouts. We do sets, drop sets, ascending sets, pyramid sets, super sets, crazy circuit sets. Plus, we are usually throwing around more weight than most will ever dream of lifting. So, the last thing we want is to be bothered while we are embracing the pain. But guess what? When I've been talked to, approached, and/or propositioned by women, and yes, even some gay men while I'm in the middle of my workout, I POLITELY and RESPECTFULLY respond. And, every other male bodybuilder or fitness enthusiast I know or have seen at the gym acts the same way. Over the years I have seen all types in the gym. And, not all fit women fit this bitchy category. I've met a few that are super cool and have a brain to go along with the body. But, an overwhelming majority of the super hot women in the gym seriously act like arrogant entitled little bitches just because they have a rockin body. So, I agree with the first poster who said the overweight women in his gym were way better than the hotties who treated him like shit. Women can lose weight. But a bitch is a bitch, no matter how awesome the body is that is attached to her. So, if you're a stuck up bitch, don't blame a man for it. Look in the mirror, and not just at your body. Analyze why you act that way, then change it. Be nice. So, the lady that responded to these posts is obviously clueless to how things really are in the gym.
